Orders are usually crafted by an artist upon order confirmation and shipped out within 7-10 days. Delivery is expected to take an additional 5 days. Generally, orders should arrive within 10-15 business days.

At ZineArt, we do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction, however, we work on a make to order model i.e. each product will be handcrafted by articans across rural India upon recieving your order. we will only issue a full refund based on the following conditions:
i) There was a major manufacturing flaw in the product.
ii) the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
