GENERAL TERMS
Products made available for purchase on the Website might not always be in Zineart (OPC) Pvt Ltd's physical custody and might be situated anywhere in the globe.
No discounts will be given to the Buyer; all items made available for purchase on the Website will be sold at the specified price (unless as per the Discounts and Promotions offered by us).
The price of a product as displayed on the website is not MRP it excludes taxes. The quality of any product, service, information or other material purchased or obtained through the Site may not meet your expectations. Changes to certain aspects of your personalized product order, such as B. RODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
All zineart.in products are handcrafted from the finest natural fibers. Subtle variations in color, texture and finish are characteristic of handmade products. Our products incorporate artisanal traditions of hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, woodblock printing and embroidery. We use both botanical and commercial dyes to aim for the best color properties with minimal environmental impact. Irregular weaves and prints are not defects. By definition, handwoven means that uniformity is uncertain.
Colors: Colors displayed may vary by monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors correctly. We promise to do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. Red and blue tend to run. Be sure to wash it with the same color, turn it inside out and dry it in the shade. Silk products can only be dry cleaned.
MATERIALS DENOTE ON THE POSITIONING OR PROVIDED TO ZINEART

PAYMENTS:
You acknowledge that you must follow all rules outlined in any order forms you submit to buy artwork from the Site. You specifically promise to provide true and accurate information (including, but not limited to, your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with the purchases you make.
RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will refund full amound if cancelled by customer within 24 hours of order confirmation or if the order is cancelled by ZineArt.
At ZineArt, we do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction. And we will issue a full refund based on the following conditions:
i) There was a major manufacturing flaw in the product.
ii) the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
customer is required to send us a email within 7 days from the date of recieving the package to care@zineart.in to report issues listed above or to cancel any order. Refund amount would be credited back to original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
SEVERABILITY:
If any term of the agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the invalidity or unenforceability shall only apply to that term or that portion of the term, and the remaining terms of the agreement and all other terms shall remain in full force and effect.
